As every year, the president of the Technical University of Munich, Wolfgang A. Herrmann, will survey the outstanding performance and important developments at TUM and in doing so will illustrate the fact that work has continued throughout this anniversary year and that TUM will in the future continue to fulfill its obligations, which follow from the achievements of the past.
As of April 12, the anniversary of the day the university was founded, TUM will be in the midst of its third national and state Excellence Initiative competition, working to continue its past series of successes.
